What do I need to start?
One link is enough, or even just a description of what you found and where. You do not need to send us the image or video itself.
Will anyone else know I asked for help?
We do not contact the person who posted the content on your behalf unless you agree to it. Removal requests go to the website, platform or search engine.
Can I ask for help on behalf of someone else?
You can contact us for someone else, but we will need to hear from the person shown in the content before acting, unless they are unable to — for example a minor, where a parent or guardian can act.
Removal
Can you guarantee the content will be removed?
No one honestly can. Final decisions are made by the website, platform or search engine involved, and depend on their policies and the rights that apply. We choose the removal route most likely to work for each verified source and tell you plainly what happened.
What is the difference between source removal and search removal?
Source removal takes the content down where it is hosted. Search removal stops an eligible result from appearing in search engines, while the source may still exist. We coordinate both where appropriate.
What if a website refuses?
We follow up, look for another route — such as the hosting provider — and, where the source stays up, request removal of eligible search results. We tell you clearly when options run out.
Privacy and safety
Do you scan the whole internet?
No. We look in defined places — the sources you tell us about, search engines and the sites where copies commonly appear — and we tell you what is covered.
Do I need to upload the image or video?
No. We work from links and descriptions. The current website does not accept uploads.
What if the content shows someone under 18?
Do not upload or send it to anyone, including us. Our start form will point you to specialised reporting services that handle this safely.
Pricing
When do I pay?
Only after we review your case and you confirm the package. Starting a case costs nothing.
Is there a subscription?
